Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team’s ServiceNow intake queue to ensure requests are accurate, complete, and adhere to defined GWAM Technology standards
  • Perform data reconciliation between various sources (LeanIX, ServiceNow / CMDB)
  • Solicit asset inventory and related information updates with IT Owners and squads across GWAM Technology
  • Investigate and collaborate with IT Owners to resolve asset inventory data inconsistencies
  • Support asset inventory audit activities related to data compliance and governance process
  • Research reporting and process improvement opportunities, conduct analysis, prepare recommendations, and facilitate efficiency enhancements
  • Provide ServiceNow CMDB and LeanIX training and support to GWAM Technology staff
  • Create and maintain documentation including training material
  • Work with Global Technology System Management (GTSM) teams to improve and test ServiceNow and LeanIX tool
  • Manage and support ad hoc assignments including reporting requests

  • Ability to produce high quality reports and presentation material using MS PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel using pivot tables and v-look ups
