JOB DESCRIPTION :
The On Trade Sales Manager Switzerland is leading the Horeca / Gastronomy team and will report to the Country Manager Austria & Switzerland. You will be responsible for the Swiss On Trade strategy, the yearly negotiations, and, daily follow-ups with the existing Wholesaler (WHS) base as well as extending the network, driving distribution and growing our volume through all relevant On Trade channels. You will have monthly meetings with the different stakeholders to monitor the on trade performance and campaigns and ensure you match or even outperform the budget. You will be leading a sales force team dedicated to the gastronomy channel with clear target setting and daily contact and follow-up.
