We are looking for a GTM Consultant to bridge the gap between sales strategy and technical execution. If you want to work together with ex-Data Scientists, Sales Leaders and Data Consultants in actively shaping the market, then we want you on our team.
Tasks
80% Client Delivery & Success :
Conduct client onboarding from ICP definition over sales process mapping and project management setup
Build & operate GTM infrastructure : lead sourcing, data preparation for campaigns, Clay & n8n workflows, CRM integrations, outbound infrastructure setup
Drive results for clients : Setup campaigns for clients including campaign ideation, messaging, A / B testing, iterate campaigns to drive tangible results in line with client expectations
Consult clients with regards to CRM setup and related automations based on their custom sales processes
Maintain and improve internal operations : lead routing, task distribution, feedback loops, reporting, and handoffs between teams (marketing, sales, delivery)
20% Sales & Internal Operations :
Build campaigns and automations for our own sales efforts. Use AI agents or workflows to reduce manual tasks that are either customer facing or internal
Help build up our own growth engines (e.g. content engine), create marketing assets & post regularly
Keep our web presence up to date (website, Linkedin, …)
Help co-organize events or attend industry conference events in Europe
