Job description

Your Tasks

  • Analyzing client's data framework, ESG data gaps and technical improvement needs
  • Identifying the client's ESG data needs and selecting suitable ESG data provider
  • Managing the data sourcing and data integration into the client's data framework
  • Supporting the client with data analysis and smooth integration into the research and investment process
  • Setting-up stable data management process to allow automated reporting
  • Guiding the IT requirement definition and IT delivery end-to-end

Your Profile

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience (ideally as Portfolio Manager or Product Manager)
  • Project Management experience (ideally agile / Scrum)
  • Hands-on experience with ESG transformation projects in the financial industry
  • Understanding of how to translate EU Action Plan, SFDR, MIFID regulations into financial product requirements and opportunities
  • Product expertise across asset classes (Equity, Bonds, Derivatives, Funds, Hedge Funds, Discretionary and Advisory mandates, Real Estate, Commodities)
  • Strong affinity for digitalization, tools and platforms and the overall IT delivery
  • Fluent in German and English, French or Italian is a plus
