We are offering you the opportunity to join our Marketing Digital department as :

Online retail trainee_m / F 100%_Fixed-term contract 6 months_Genève

As an online retail coordinator, you will be reporting to the Online Retail Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our various digital projects aimed to increase the DISS (digital influenced sales in store) revenu. You will work closely with the VisilabGroup marketing teams (Visilab, McOptic, Kochoptik) to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.

Your Responsibilities :

Online retail :

Website :

  • Coordinate the implementation of various optimizations with the digital team in order to optimize the conversion rate of the appointment funnel and all features that are linked to increase the store traffic.
  • Analysis & reporting of the performances for online features
  • Testing of different websites
  • Perform market analysis and research on competition
  • Coordinate and work on various projects to develop the drive to store from the website

Performance marketing :

  • Collaborate with agencies and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of all assets, facilitating successful campaign launches
  • Conduct reviews of campaign setups to prevent errors prior to launch and monitor performance thereafter
  • Perform daily performance checks to address any deviations from expected results
  • Propose strategic adjustments to enhance performance, including refining ad copies, visuals, and A / B testing
  • Your Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor in online marketing, or relevant
  • English / French, knowledge in German is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Adwords
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Pack Office
  • Adobe Campaign is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team
  • Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
  • Be proactive & suggest new ideas
