Senior Consultant - People Advisory Services - Tax Reward (Zurich)

The opportunity

Our Tax Services Reward team is focused helping our clients to manage the complex challenges in executive / board rewards, pensions / benefits, corporate transactions and equally broader based reward topics such as regulatory compliance, broad based equity programs, grading, performance management and the like.

Your key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our clients to support and contribute to various projects. Potential topics include :
• Benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce
• Designing compensation plans, incentive structures for different stakeholders, and reward policies
• Developing and implementing job grading and job architecture frameworks
• Conducting remuneration surveys and analyzing remuneration data
• Assist in project planning, data analysis, report writing, and the development of presentation materials
• Work with key project leaders to manage and maintain client relationships
• Collaborate effectively with other workforce advisory colleagues, as well as service lines and colleagues across EY globally
