• Vocational training in the field of IT-Systemintegration or similar.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting end users.
• Demonstrated experience in working within a global organization.
• Skilled in the principles of IT service operations processes : incident management, problem management, request fulfilment, access management, asset management.
• Proven Teamplayer and outstanding interpersonal
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills
• Fluent in German and advanced in English
