- Vocational training in the field of IT-Systemintegration or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supporting end users.
- Demonstrated experience in working within a global organization.
- Skilled in the principles of IT service operations processes : incident management, problem management, request fulfilment, access management, asset management.
- Proven Teamplayer and outstanding interpersonal
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Fluent in German and advanced in English
