Job descriptionEducation as scientists or physicians with many years of experience in cytogenomics Experience in somatic NGS will be of advantage Board certification as clinical cytogeneticist, i.e. FAMH, FachhumangenetikerIn of the GfH, PCCC, ABMG Some knowledge of the German language is advantageous but not mandatory. However, a commitment to learn German should be made Equally patient and motivated to work in an international team
Your responsibilities
- Analysis, checking and report of G-banded chromosomes, FISH, miyroarray (CytoScan HD and OncoScan)
- Somatic NGS and PCR-MRD (can be learned on the job)
- Performance of external quality assessments
