Job description

Your role

Revue des dossiers de production et préparation du release   :

  • Collaborer avec les QA Manager pour préparer le release.
  • Assurer la revue des dossiers de production / finition selon les procédures de libération.

Qualification fournisseurs :

  • Soutenir l'équipe Achats dans le choix et l'homologation des fournisseurs.
  • Assurer le suivi des fournisseurs qualifiés et traiter les réclamations fournisseur.
  • Management des articles :

  • Assurer le rôle QA dans la création et la modification des articles dans SAP.
  • Gérer les résultats hors spécification et les lots non-conformes en production.
  • Revue annuelle des produits (RAP) :

  • Assurer le suivi du planning et rédiger les RAP en collaboration avec les autres services.
  • QA on the floor :

  • Soutenir les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer la conformité aux GMP.
  • Coacher les équipes sur la gestion des événements qualité et garantir la culture Qualité.
  • Tâches générales :

  • Participer à la préparation et à la réalisation des audits internes, fournisseurs et clients.
  • Contribuer à la formation continue GMP de l’entreprise et à la rédaction des procédures.
  • Your profile

  • Formation de base en chimie ou en management de la qualité (Bachelor ou Master).
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques et compétences avérées en gestion administrative et organisationnelle
  • Connaissance approfondie des bonnes pratiques de fabrication (GMP) un plus
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions et à gérer efficacement les priorités, à respecter les délais et à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement de travail dynamique et en évolution constante.
  • Aptitude à analyser les données de production, à identifier les problèmes potentiels et à mettre en œuvre des solutions efficaces pour garantir la qualité des produits.
  • Excellente capacité à collaborer avec diverses équipes et à communiquer de manière claire et efficace avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.

    What we do in Evionnaz

    Siegfried Evionnaz is a facility specialized in custom synthesis of active ingredients and intermediates for the pharmaceutical industry. The chemicals plant, built in 1957, employs around 350 people in a wide variety of fields, ranging from production, laboratories and logistics to quality assurance, administration and more.
