Your Tasks
- Responsible for safety assessments for Avionics or Mechanical Systems on all Pilatus aircraft types and presentation to the Airworthiness Authorities
- Definition, validation and verification of system, software and hardware safety requirements
- Execute risk assessments to support continued airworthiness
- Building safety classification of engineering changes

University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Systems EngineeringAt least 5 years of experience in performing Safety Assessments in accordance with SAE ARP 4761 : Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA) incl. Fault Tree Analysis, Common Mode Analysis (CMA)Practical experience of using SAE ARP 4754A for the development of civil aircraft and systemsBoth rigor in the analysis and ability to reach consensus with multiple stakeholders while maintaining compliance to the safety requirementsGreat abilities for teamwork and communication with both internal and external customersFluency in English (at least C1), German would be an advantageWhat we offer
