Work Hours/Schedule: Morning and afternoon shifts available and rotating Saturday's off with other student helpers
Primary purpose of position: Help with pre-practice/pre-game preparation and post practice/post game tear down. Student employees with be taught how to tape ankles, wrists, thumbs and other specialty tape jobs. Students will be taught first aid for wound care of abrasions and blisters.
Duties and responsibilities: Responsible for water distribution to all Geneva College sports team, pre-participation taping and general maintenance of the athletic training room.
Knowledge, skills and abilities required: All requirements will be taught prior to start of job.
Education Requirements/Experience: PED 255 and PED 247 preferred
Additional Information:Hours scheduled can be dependent on class schedule for the fall term; great experience for those interested in physical therapy.
