Project Supporter Sustainability / Non – Financial Reporting 80- 100% (all genders)

In this function you support and consult for the creation of the sustainability report for Bossard Group on a global level. You collect and interpret different variables and are responsible for supporting the Global Project Leader to fulfill all CSRD guidelines to ensure a clean and correct establishment of the sustainability report.

Main Duties

• Strengthening our team in sustainability reporting, taking into account various regulatory requirements such as the ESRS as part of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive), as well as other reporting frameworks such as GRI; UN Global Compact, etc.
• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure accurate and complete data reporting including data collection, updating, and verification in the tool
• Ensuring data quality and completeness according to regulatory requirements
• Provision of key figures and metrics based on data queries
• Collaboration in the development and maintenance of documentation for data collection, especially with regard to audit and audit processes
