Funds Contract Manager

Our client is the asset management of an international bank in Zurich. We are looking for a contract manager (m, f, d) as Funds Contract Manager Aufgaben Monitoring contracts and the life cycle of contracts with suppliers for the fund business in terms of performance and quality such as data providers, external consultants, outsourcing partners, etc.

Supporting procurement department with commercial assessments and best practice strategies / Monitoring the contractually guaranteed performance of the suppliers to ensure that all obligations and quality of service are met / Ensure the proper use of data worldwide and advising users on compliance Implementing processes for complaints, change orders, etc.

Monitoring compliance with contractual requirements with stakeholders / Managing contract documents, ensuring proper documentation and audit-correct management / Reporting to the senior management / Collaboration on groups project.

Qualifikation Master's or Bachelor's in Banking & Finance, Economics or Business Law / Experience in contract management, preferably in the fund industry or in banking / Strong understanding of contract requirements and processes / Experience leading projects to optimize quality and value / Knowledge of the products of outsourcing partner, external consultant companies, data provider (Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.

Excellent organizational and communication skills / Ability to work under pressure with flexibility / IT flair and good Office and Excel skills / English as well as German.
