Junior) IT Application Manager (m / f / d)

As an internal service provider, the IT&GIS department supports the specialist departments in recording requirements and finding creative solutions, be it for reliable IT infrastructure, process-oriented software and data provision, the precise delivery of geodata and solutions or accurate user support.

We need more creative people like you to continue developing and supporting our international digitalization projects efficiently in the future.

Your passion - you...

• Supports employees with company applications
• process and document international inquiries in a ticket system
• create and maintain user manuals and internal documentation
• prepare and conduct user training sessions
• take on other tasks within the "IT Application Management" team
• work on group-wide IT projects together with the other IT teams
• Implement smaller IT projects independently

Your qualification - you...

• have completed vocational training in IT or have relevant professional experience
• work in a solution-oriented, independent and structured manner
• are a strong team player
• ideally have experience in the use or support of large-scale IT systems such as DMS and ERP
• ideally have knowledge in the administration and support of Microsoft365 applications and services
• Knowledge of SQL queries is an advantage
• have a very good knowledge of German (at least C1)
• have a good command of English (at least B2)
