Job descriptionMin. 5 years’ work experience as Senior credit analyst / decision maker, Senior Insurance Manager or Team leader in either a corporate or financial institution with work experience in international environment with an exposure to global portfolio (both Credit Risk and Insurance) Ability to read and interpret financial statements Experience in contract language and legal terms Proven track record of negotiation skills in multicultural environment and with C-level Fluent in English and German (both languages are a must) An attractive position in a global and dynamic company Competitive employment conditions Opportunity for professional and personal development
Your tasks
- Responsible for evaluation of credit risk on worldwide customers portfolio on Group level
- Responsible for negotiation, purchasing and co-ordination of all insurance policies and handling of damage cases on Group level
- Implement effective exposure management monitoring
- Provide early actions and strategies to optimize the exposure and eliminate losses
- Negotiate new deals and perform contract reviews related to payment terms, securities, and insurance clauses
- Execute timely and manage risk activities pro-actively
- Implement trade receivables financing instruments in cooperation with Treasury Management
- Create and implement Credit Risk and Insurance Guidelines
- Evaluation and contact to insurance brokers
- Supervision of local entities about insurances and credit risk
- Contact for all insurance and credit risk related questions within SR Technics Group
- Lead two employees in Belgrade
