Responsibilities
- Management of a project to set up a modern PLM landscape for automated project processing
- Coordinating interfaces and clarifying requirements between departments and projects
- Ensuring compliance with project goals, costs, quality and deadlines
- Project reporting to group management
- Coordination of interdisciplinary project teams
- Stakeholder management, change management, setting up the project organisation and avoiding scope creep
- Methodological specifications and support for process owners in defining processes and creating specifications for software integration into the system landscape
