On behalf of one of our clients, an international private bank based in Geneva, we are seeking a :
Responsibilities
- Support on the execution of the marketing strategy.
- Coordinate the communication and execution of annual event plans.
- Be the key contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and local staff.
- Prepare, send, and track invitations and correspondence with guests and participants Involve in all aspects of events, and meetings organization, and logistics to accommodation.
- Manage the budget and follow-up of invoices and expenses related to events and ensure payments as well as any other document related to the event organization.
- Manage ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
Marketing or Business Management degree2-3 years’ experience in marketing / eventsExcellent communication skillsKnowledge of private banking products and solutions is a plusSense of organization and prioritiesAbility to multi-task and attention to detailCuriosity and organization skillsPerfectly bilingual in English & French with an ability to write in both languagesSwiss residency
