Receptionist - Cashier - 100% Aligro is an independent Swiss family business, composed of more than number staff distributed across 14 points of sale in French-speaking Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland. Our unique cash & carry concept addresses both retailers and private customers. We offer a warm welcome, competent and personalized advice, a wide assortment of products and more than number promotions every week. Cashier - Receptionist 100% Your responsibilities : - Ensure a warm welcome to our customers, develop contact, and provide professional service to our clientele. - Reception : Answer the phone, transfer calls, develop the existing customer base, process and respond to requests kindly, and ensure follow-up on customer card requests with customer service. - Perform and monitor transaction follow-up at the cash desk, detect and correct errors. - Submit daily reports to management with proof of gift vouchers, restaurant clubs, and cash discrepancies. Cash Desk : - Ensure a quick checkout experience with rigorous product scanning and the replenishment and monitoring of products under your responsibility (stationery, professional clothing, candles), ensuring their availability. - Ensure the security of the checkout area and control the exit of merchandise. Profile : - Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in commercial employee, CFC in retail management, or equivalent. - Confirmed experience in reception and cashiering.
