Your main responsibilities
- Full responsibility for planning, organising and execution of national and cross-border buy and sell side Financial Due Diligence projects
- Contribution to further development of existing Due Diligence products and practice including the technology / innovation / digitalisation aspects
- Support the execution of varied and complex Corporate Finance / M&A transactions
- Perform valuations and financial modelling projects is a plus
- Support clients in external growth initiatives from strategic initiation throughout the transaction execution
- Lead project teams and support the development of junior staff capabilities / skills
Your profile
We are looking for a Due Diligence professional who wants to define her / his area of responsibility within our practice4 to 5 years of relevant work (Big 4 or comparable international advisory firm) with a proven track-recordAdvanced Excel-Skills regarding Financial Due Diligence analysisFluent in English and German (any additional language is a plus)You are a dynamic person and a natural leader with commitment and dedication to teamworkYou are experienced in international (cross-border) businessWhat we offer
