About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor Product Life Cycle (PLC) to lead our team in managing products and services throughout their life cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth product introduction, pricing, upgrades, and phase-in / phase-out processes, while driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PLC team to achieve annual targets for spares, consumables, and parts.
• Oversee product data management, pricing, forecasting, install base management and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Drive the development of new products and upgrades, ensure effective phase-in / phase-out processes for inks and spare parts
• Manage marketing activities for the service portfolio, including campaigns and communication materials.
• Support ERP key user activities and AI-driven solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
