About ALBA Sourdough Pizza
ALBA Sourdough Pizza began in Kreis 3 in Zurich and has since grown into a multi-location concept celebrated for artisanal sourdough pizza and community-driven hospitality. Our foundation is AULUS, our now 160-year-old sourdough starter, which fuels our dough and embodies our commitment to craftsmanship and flavour. We continue to work directly with a unique network of producers, importing high-quality ingredients and cutting out middlemen to support sustainable food systems. Today, ALBA can be found in several Zurich neighbourhoods — including our original Wiedikon pizzeria as well as our Triemli and Kreis 6 locations — bringing exceptional pizzas, takeout and delivery experiences to a broader community while upholding our standards of quality and care.
Tasks
Your mission
You embody the ALBA Sourdough values: you adopt a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the guests, help your colleagues during service and adopt a "problem solver" attitude.
You co-create new recipes with our other Chef
Engaging in two-way communication with the management team by effectively communicating needs, ideas, concerns to continuously improve ALBA.
You will contribute to the smooth running of the cold section.
You will be responsible for the mise-en-place and the plating of our classic Italian inspired starter dishes like our Tartare, Burrata with Basil-Oil or our signature buffalo-milk soft serve with olive-oil and salt.
You create the most amazing family meals.
You will contribute to the respect of hygiene standards within the kitchen.
Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen
English intermediate, Italian would be a plus
