Specialist in Reporting and Consolidation 100% (m/f/d)
What is my function?
Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, delivering timely and high-quality insights to management and stakeholders
Serving as Tagetik administrator, managing system configurations, implementing enhancements, and providing training to finance teams to maximize system efficiency
Leading initiatives to remodel and optimize the Tagetik consolidation engine, aligning it with evolving business requirements
Assisting in external audits by providing comprehensive documentation and maintaining data integrity across Tagetik and other reporting systems
Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance reporting processes and automate workflows within Tagetik and other financial tools
Collaborating with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and drive continuous process improvements across the organization
What do I need to be successful?
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience in financial consolidation, reporting, and analysis
Strong proficiency in Tagetik for financial consolidation and reporting processes (highly desirable)
Hands-on experience with Tagetik administration, including system maintenance and process optimization (advantageous)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with strong communication skills
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools
Previous experience in a Big4 or comparable professional services environment is considered a plus
