Components and Technology Controller 100% (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and controlling reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Perform variance analyses and provide explanations of deviations from budget and forecast.
• Monitor financial performance and support Business Unit Heads and Business Unit CFOs with financial insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of controlling tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities in collaboration with Accounting and relevant finance stakeholders.
• Assist with audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
• Collaborate closely with Business Unit CFOs, Group Controlling, Tax, Treasury and Reporting Teams to support planning, reporting and decision-making processes.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and financial transparency.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting principles.
• Experience with variance analysis, financial modelling and performance management concepts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP and BI/reporting tools are an advantage.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate financial information into meaningful business insights.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
