- Provide proactive administrative support to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, conference calls, and executive schedules.
- Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and expense claims.
- Liaise with board members and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize meetings, events, and follow-up actions across different departments.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Geneva office and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Manage office suppliers, facilities, equipment, inventories, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and act as a point of contact for office-related matters.
- Support accounting and operational processes while driving efficiency across office functions.
Experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager with a proven track record supporting C-level executives within international environments. Highly organized, proactive, hands-on, and fluent in both English and French.
