Senior Desktop IT Supporter

Nordwand Group, Zurich are looking for a Desktop supporter in Horgen / Pfäffikon area. You will be resolving IT equipment and software issues and providing VIP level support internally.

Responsibilities:

• Prioritizing [&] resolving IT concerns, escalating serious issues to relevant stakeholders
• Avoiding service interruptions by performing system installations, updates, and maintenance procedures
• Working on projects related to improving the service offered and efficiency of applications
• Resolving incoming IT queries using Active Directory
• Documenting processes and maintaining helpdesk records
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure high level corporate support

Key Skills:

• Windows support experience (5-10 years experience)
• Active Directory, ServiceNow, Windows10, o365 etc
• Clear communication skills in English
