RFP Coordinator

We are currently mandated by one of my clients to recruit their RFP Coordinator for a 12-month contract. You contribute decisively to prepare high-quality tender responses and questionnaires for institutional clients.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and coordinate responses to institutional tenders and due diligence questionnaires, ensuring clarity, quality, and compliance.
• Manage and optimise consultant databases to enhance visibility and coverage of investment strategies.
• Maintain and standardise due diligence materials for flagship funds.
• Coordinate inputs from multiple internal stakeholders (Investments, Compliance, Risk, Operations) to deliver complete and timely proposals.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure effective organisation of internal documentation and processes.
• Quickly build knowledge of investment strategies and internal workflows to contribute effectively from the outset.

Profile :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
