YOUR MISSION ___________

• Your role is to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales, and embody the brands service standards. You will inspire customers with your expertise, provide personalized skincare consultations, and ensure an elegant, welcoming environment at the counter.

• Your key responsibilities include:

  Client Experience & Sales – Offer tailored skincare advice, demonstrate products, and perform luxury treatments to build strong customer relationships and drive sales.

  Brand Representation – Uphold the brand’s image by delivering impeccable service, storytelling, and expert knowledge.

  Retail Excellence – Ensure flawless counter presentation, maintain stock levels, and support visual merchandising guidelines.

As a Beauty Advisor for Chantecaille, you possess:

• Real passion for beauty / skincare / Make up

• Proven experience in make-up artistry

• Strong selling skills

• Fluency in both German and English OR French and English

As a Beauty Advisor for La Prairie you possess:

• Extensive experience in the luxury cosmetics industry

• Strong motivation and a willingness to learn, showcasing initiative

• Confident negotiation skills with a focus on meeting targets and representing La Prairie's values

• Fluency in both German and English OR French and English
