LIMS Solution Architect

Main Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of LabVantage LIMS solutions across enterprise and multi-site environments.
• Design and configure complex workflows covering sample lifecycle management, testing, review, approval, and release processes.
• Architect workflows for DNA / RNA sequencing, Request Management, Advanced Storage & Logistics, and Package & Inventory Management.
• Define standardized and reusable workflow frameworks to support scalable global deployments.
• Ensure alignment with best practices, performance, scalability, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Design and document upstream and downstream system interfaces.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into robust solution architecture and workflow designs.
• Act as the primary design authority, ensuring functional and technical consistency across implementations.
• Review and validate functional designs, configuration strategies, and technical solutions delivered by project teams.
• Provide architectural guidance to Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
• Promote configuration-driven approaches and define customization strategies to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
• Contribute to agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and architectural design reviews.
• Engage directly with customers to lead solution workshops, architecture walkthroughs, and design validation sessions.
• Mentor junior team members on LabVantage best practices and workflow architecture.
