For more information, check out our website. As Sales Coordinator, based in Rolle, you will be working with the sales forces in order to assist sales and take care of customer service for the european market.
You will work closely with the Sales Reps and our retailers. You will manage orders, deliveries and be involved in event organization such as on snow demos, shop in shops, and other marketing events and actions.

We offer a very diversified position in a passionate and dynamic team with possibilities of career progression. Tasks Support Sales Force in Managing the Back Office : Order Management : Process and manage orders using our ERP system (Netsuite) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Invoicing : Collaborate with our accounting team to handle invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing for customers.
Delivery Supervision : Work closely with our logistics team and third-party logistics providers (3PL) to oversee deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of products.
Customer Service & Warranties : Manage and supervise customer service and warranty processes with our team in Rolle, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Organization & Participation in Sales Events : Event Planning : Organize and participate in sales events, including snowboard tests and promotional events, to promote our products and engage with customers.
Product and Customer Data Management : Maintain and manage product and customer data using our ERP system, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for the sales team.
Requirements Commercial apprenticeship diploma or equivalent. Experience in sales of outdoor sports; snowboard and skateboard experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English and French (speaking and writing); Spanish, Italian and / or German is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms. Willingness to travel within Switzerland, work during some weekends, and handle high-density work in winter.
