Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Support : Assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in daily interactions with clients, ensuring high-quality communication and support.
  • Documentation Management : Prepare, review, and process client documentation, including onboarding forms, compliance requirements, and account updates, adhering to Swiss banking regulations.
  • Client Portfolio Monitoring : Support the RM in monitoring client accounts, investments, and transactions, ensuring accurate execution and timely reporting.
  • Administrative Tasks : Manage correspondence, schedule client meetings, and maintain client records in the CRM system.
  • Operational Support : Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Operations, Legal) to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Market Research : Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and updates on market trends relevant to clients' portfolios.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with Swiss banking laws and the firm's internal policies.
  • Languages : Fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory; French or other languages are an asset.
  • Experience : At least 2-3 years in a similar role within private banking or wealth management.
  • Education : Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of Swiss financial regulations and compliance processes.
