Einleitung For our client, an international metal trading company in the canton Zug, we are looking for : CFO (m / f / d) 80-100% (Canton Zug or Zurich) Aufgaben Ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting according to Swiss accounting standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and auditors. Facilitate interactions with banks regarding credit lines, currency hedging, LC, and DC coordination. Represent the company's finance department to banks (including submitting payments and providing supporting documents) and other counterparties. Perform balance sheet closing, financial controlling, and prepare presentations for investors and banks. Manage cash flow planning and intra-group transactions. Maintain settings for accounting and other related software. Qualifikation Professional experience in a similar role in the raw materials sector (MUST). Proficient in Swiss accounting practices and experienced in interacting with financial institutions and auditors. Experience in obtaining credit lines for commodity trade. Experience in Swiss banks (preferably). Hands-on execution skills. Fluency in German (native level) and English. C-permit or Swiss citizenship.
