Software Engineer

Join Omnia as a founding CTO and build the AI platform that will redefine enterprise human capital. We need a visionary leader (ETH / EPFL preferred) to architect our system and culture from scratch, in return for significant founding equity.

Tasks

• AI & Technical Vision : Define the AI roadmap and overall system architecture (cloud-native, secure, scalable). Lead R&D on emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Execution & MLOps : Guide the engineering and AI / ML teams in building, deploying, and monitoring robust models and data pipelines. Implement best practices in MLOps and CI / CD for rapid, reliable delivery.
• Leadership & Collaboration : Mentor a high-performing team of engineers and data scientists. Act as the key liaison between technical teams, product, and executive leadership.
• Governance & Security : Embed security, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA) into every layer of the platform. Champion ethical AI principles and mitigate associated risks.
