HireArt is helping our client, A Leading AI Training Platform, find AI QAs with high-quality written communication skills to work as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will review and provide feedback on style guides and content produced in German (Switzerland) to ensure they meet quality and client requirements.

The ideal candidate is a native speaker of German (Switzerland), thoroughly understands its grammar rules, and enjoys writing engaging and informative content. You should also be familiar with developing instructional documents.

This opportunity is fully remote and offers a flexible work schedule.

Duties

  • Evaluate and provide feedback on work produced in German by AI Trainers for accuracy and consistency.
  • Review and provide feedback on German language style guides.
  • Identify inconsistencies between style guides, client requirements, and the work being produced by AI Trainers.
  • Use critical thinking to produce high-quality work with minimal or no supervision.
  • Effectively communicate in English, as internal communications will be conducted in English.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher within the humanities or social science field from a school where most classes are instructed in German
  • Exceptional, native proficiency in German, including different writing styles, grammar, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. The work you produce will be idiomatically localized to the region
  • 1 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance within AI or Annotation
  • At least B2 Level English proficiency
  • Ability to produce high-quality written work
  • Very precise with the ability to quickly identify errors or inconsistencies
  • Experience writing for Large Language Models (LLMs) is preferred
