Job description
  • Conduct recruitment activities, including initial screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage and update employee records, handle HR inquiries, and ensure compliance with labor laws
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, performance evaluations, and benefits administration
  • Supervise office staff, manage facilities, supplies, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and handle special projects as needed
  • HR specialist certification with several years of experience in HR or similar role
  • First experiences in Office Management / administrative processes
  • Fluent in German and English; spoken and written
  • Proficient in MS Office and Abacus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Highly independent way of working
