Job description

The company is seeking a Business Development & Partnership Manager. The role involves expanding the membership base and increasing product integration within various tech platforms. Key activities include identifying potential brands, initiating contact with stakeholders, negotiating contracts, defining use cases, and facilitating marketing events to enhance service awareness and growth. This role serves as the primary contact for new members and is pivotal in driving the sales revenue stream. Collaboration with internal teams to align with brand objectives is essential.

  • Focus on increasing membership within the luxury market segment.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to onboard luxury brands and encourage utilization of services.
  • Aim to maximize revenue and market share in the luxury segment.
  • Set and achieve sales goals by analyzing performance data and making forecasts.
  • Understand brand needs and demonstrate how solutions meet these needs.
  • Oversee the creation of pitching tools, ensuring they are brand-aligned and efficient.
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance pitching materials such as decks, demos, and presentation tools.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for process improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies, industry standards, and ethical practices in all sales activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury sector (e.g., jewelry, watches, yachting, automobiles, wine & spirits, fashion).
  • Proven experience selling SaaS backend solutions covering value chain processes.
  • I would go for someone involved in backend solution selling
  • Proven track record in luxury sales management and C-level relationship management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the luxury sector, including industrial processes.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English; the company operates in English.
  • Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
  • A hands-on, team-oriented approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and enthusiasm for technology is an advantage.
