With Kita allegra Pfäffikon, pop e poppa is reinventing the world of daycare – offering the best education for children and maximum flexibility for parents.
In our bilingual daycare center (e / d), we look after children in two mixed-age groups from the end of maternity leave until they start kindergarten. From kindergarten entry, the children are looked after in a separate after-school group. Our premises and our fantastic garden are divided into different themed areas and offer the children the opportunity to play, explore and develop at their own pace. Thanks to our very central location, we are just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, from the lake and many different playgrounds.
Allegra Pfäffikon follows a modern pedagogical concept, supporting children on their path to independence by actively involving them in everyday activities and decision-making processes.

Certified Social Care Worker,

Your profile :
- Completed training as a childcare professional or an equivalent pedagogical qualification recognized in Switzerland.
- English as a native language.
- Willingness to participate in high-quality care, education, and childcare work at allegra.
- Enthusiasm for constructive collaboration with parents.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Solution-oriented and interconnected thinking.
- Experience with an open concept approach or openness to working with an open concept.
- Reliable, flexible, and responsible.
- Individual talents such as musical ability, artistic talent, dance instructor, etc.
