Job description

Flow & Supply Coordination

Build and manage short‑ and medium‑term supply plans aligned with operational and budget constraints.
Translate demand forecasts into delivery schedules and continuously adjust based on real conditions.
Plan and optimise multiple simultaneous maritime movements.
Act as a key operational interface between planning, procurement, and logistics teams.

Inventory Oversight

Monitor inventory levels across multiple production and consumption sites.
Consolidate operational data and maintain accuracy within internal planning systems.
Identify gaps between planned and actual stocks and recommend corrective actions.

Logistics Execution

Coordinate vessel scheduling with transport partners.
Track shipments in real time and manage delays or operational incidents.
Support rapid decision‑making in case of disruptions or emergencies.

Risk & Continuity Management

Anticipate operational risks linked to production variability or transport constraints.
Deploy contingency plans to secure supply under crisis scenarios.
Report incidents clearly and support management decision‑making.

Individual contributor role with strong cross‑functional exposure.
5-7 years of experience in commodities, logistics, or operational planning.
Strong analytical skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to manage complexity.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
