Das erwartet dich

Aufbau und Leitung unseres Product Management und des agilen Software-Entwicklungsprozesses
Aktive Mitgestaltung unserer Produktstrategie
Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung agiler Methoden
Koordination zwischen cross-funktionalen Entwicklungs-Teams
Definition und Abstimmung der Roadmaps zur Erreichung kundenorientierter Ziele
Durchführung datengetriebener Kosten-Nutzen-Analysen
Strukturierung und Priorisierung von Business-Anforderungen
Direkte Berichtslinie an den CIO und enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern

Das bringst du mit

Hochschulabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, idealerweise in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Mathematik, Computer- oder Data-Science oder einem ähnlichen Bereich

Erfahrungen im E-Commerce und in der agilen Entwicklung von Software im eigenen Haus

Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Position eines Product Office oder vergleichbarer Funktion (z.B. Head of E-Commerce)

Führungsstärke mit Erfahrung in der Leitung von cross-funktionalen Teams

Zertifizierungen in agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) von Vorteil

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Analytische, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darzustellen

Hohe Kundenorientierung und Leidenschaft für Innovation und agile Methoden
