This is what you move with us

Mise en place: You are responsible for the preparation and organization of the patisserie for HP guests, à la carte service, banquets, and occasionally the staff canteen.
Daily creation of desserts: Using 80% fresh products, you create delicious pralines, friandises, cakes, and sweet pastries for breakfast. You are also responsible for our external operations.
Creative dessert creations: Bring in your ideas and develop innovative and appealing dessert creations that delight our guests.
Guest orientation: Respond to the special requests of our guests and fulfill them with the highest precision and friendliness.
Continuous improvement: Actively contribute to the optimization of our workflows and help to continuously develop our high-quality standards.
Teamwork: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth process in the patisserie.
Hygiene and safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.

This is you

Completed training as a confectioner/patissier
First professional experience in patisserie, ideally in upscale hospitality
Passion for creating sweet delicacies and an eye for detail
Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation
Team spirit and communication skills
Resilience and flexibility
Languages: Fluency in Italian. English or German in addition.
