Own end-to-end delivery of features, from business requirements to production rollout
Implement P&L explain frameworks attributing daily movements to market and position drivers
Build valuation engines and reporting tools for complex trading instruments
Engage directly with trading desks, finance directors and senior management, no intermediary
Contribute to the evolution of the technology stack alongside an established Oracle/PL/SQL platform

What we are looking for

University degree in Computer Science, Financial Engineering or equivalent
3+ years as a software engineer combining technical and functional responsibilities
Strong SQL skills, PL/SQL or equivalent procedural DB language a strong plus
Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership culture, comfortable with a fast-paced daily release cycle
Excellent communication skills with non-technical and senior stakeholders
Full professional proficiency in English, French is a plus
Familiarity with PnL, accounting or risk concepts is a real advantage

What the role offers

Flat, meritocratic structure in a globally recognized trading house
Direct exposure to trading and finance leadership
Geneva city center, 1 day home office per week
Opportunity to shape the next generation of the platform
