Job Description
Nous recherchons un(e) QA Engineer pour renforcer une équipe dédiée aux plateformes e-banking web et mobile dans un environnement de banque privée.
Missions principales
- Concevoir, préparer et exécuter les plans de tests fonctionnels, de non-régression et d’intégration.
- Assurer la qualité des plateformes digitales e-banking (web et mobile).
- Participer à l’automatisation des tests lorsque pertinent.
- Garantir la traçabilité des exigences, des tests et des anomalies.
- Identifier, analyser et suivre les défauts jusqu’à leur résolution.
- Effectuer des validations de données via requêtes SQL et contrôles de cohérence.
- Tester et valider les API REST.
- Analyser les logs applicatifs afin de faciliter le diagnostic des incidents.
- Participer aux activités UAT et accompagner les métiers dans la validation des releases.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus qualité.
Qualifications
Une expérience confirmée sur les domaines suivants est requise :
- 5 ans minimum en QA, idéalement dans un environnement bancaire ou financier.
- Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
- Sensibilité aux enjeux de sécurité, de conformité et de gestion des risques.
- Excellentes capacités de communication avec des interlocuteurs techniques et métiers.
- Esprit collaboratif, autonomie et proactivité.
- Expérience solide en tests manuels et automatisés sur applications web et mobiles dans un environnement Agile.
- Maîtrise de JIRA-Xray (gestion des plans de test, exécution, traçabilité, suivi des anomalies).
- Bonne pratique de SQL pour la validation et la réconciliation de données.
- Expérience en validation d’API REST (Postman, Swagger).
- Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l’anglais.
