Job Description
The team mission
The team mission is to develop & maintain the new Customer Care Center Application for Swissquote agents, together with the different banking services (cards, payments & transfer) that Swissquote clients use on a daily basis.
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Engineer who combines strong software engineering skills with a product mindset to build AI-powered solutions for our customers and employees.
You will design, develop, and deploy AI-native applications, owning the full lifecycle from backend services and model integration to user experience and performance monitoring. Working closely with Customer Care and Sales Business teams, you will help transform our legacy solutions through practical and reliable inhouse AI solutions.
