IT System Engineer
Das erwartet dich:
Installation und Betrieb unserer Business Applikationen
Betreuung, Wartung und Überwachung der Microsoft‑Server‑Systeme im Applikationsumfeld
Betrieb, Unterhalt und Optimierung der Virtualisierungsumgebung
Verantwortung für Monitoring‑, Backup‑ und Recovery‑Lösungen
Analyse, Behebung und nachhaltige Dokumentation von Störungen im 2nd‑Level‑Support
Koordination und Steuerung des 3rd‑Level‑Supports in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern
Aktive Mitarbeit in IT‑Projekten (Einführungen, Migrationen, Optimierungen)
Das bringst du mit:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker EFZ mit Fachrichtung Systemtechnik oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
Erfahrung in der Administration von Windows Client-Server Systemen und virtualisierten Umgebungen
Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Web- und Cloud-Services
Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Citrix‑Infrastrukturen
Ausgeprägte Kunden‑ und Serviceorientierung sowie hohe Sozial‑ und Kommunikationskompetenz
Selbständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
